Its throne in the processor industry is seriously shaken by AMD. Intelwill soon introduce its new processor series that will further escalate the war. whitley lake The new processors will offer better performance than today's processors and raise the bar to the next level.
Although Intel has not introduced the new Whitley Lake processors, the processors are available today Geekbench And Sisoft appeared on it. The new processors seen on both platforms gave results proving that Intel will escalate this war even further. Of course, before showing these results, it is worth mentioning that the results are not yet obtained on processors that are completely ready for production. Therefore, when the performance of the processors is released, may vary.
A monster processor is coming:
Although the model of the company's processor that appeared in Geekbench is not fully written, there is some information about the platform and hardware on which the processor runs. Accordingly, the resulting processor, Microsoft Windows Server built into a computer with an operating system.
When we come to the processor details, according to the information written, this processor to 24 cores And 48 threads will have. When we look at the maximum speed of the processor, we encounter a surprising result. Processor, maximum 2.89GHz speed He was able to get out. Of course, the reason for this low speed is that this processor is probably a being a prototype Maybe, but despite this low speed, Intel's new processor has a single core 4,048 points, in many cores 41,962 points managed to get it.
The results and information are completely available on Sisoft, another platform where the processor is available. it was the same. According to all these results, Intel's Sunny Cove The new processors, which will have this architecture, will experience a huge performance increase thanks to this architecture. However, the company 10nm An additional increase will be seen with the transition to the production system.
