Monster Notebook added a new one to its projects implemented to develop the game entrepreneurship ecosystem in Turkey. Monster Gaming Lab, an entrepreneurship program created with the aim of realizing the best game ideas, was introduced at the online press conference held with the participation of Monster Notebook Founder and CEO İlhan Yılmaz and Monster Notebook CGO Cem Çerçioğlu.

The top 5 startups that apply to Monster Gaming Lab, established within Monster Notebook, will be supported within the program consisting of incubation, acceleration and investment steps.

Startups included in the program will receive mentoring, work environment support, cloud technology support, government support consultancy, cooperation opportunities, training, business connections, access to investors, technology infrastructure, promotional support, games and entrepreneurship training. Startups included in Monster Gaming Lab will also be provided with the opportunity to receive investment from Monster Notebook.

Making a statement on the subject, Monster Notebook Founder and CEO İlhan Yılmaz said: "There are serious opportunities in different fields from game development to e-sports in the game market, which expands every year. We know that Turkey has the power to stand out in global competition in almost every field of gaming, and as Monster Notebook, we act with a vision that aims to contribute to our country's success in this field in all our activities. We also attach importance to the field of game entrepreneurship. The game industry is an important investment area for our country's economy. The recent successful exits of Turkish game companies are the most important of this." Good proof: There are nearly 100 gaming companies in Turkey today. The number and success of these companies will increase further in the future. However, it is not possible to wait for this success to come in its normal course; as Monster Notebook, we have established the Monster Gaming Lab to raise awareness in this field and to support young startups by creating an environment where game ideas are emerged, developed and shared with the gaming world. "We will provide them with know-how and bring them together with the important stakeholders of the ecosystem. This project, the first of which we have just realized, will grow stronger and reach more entrepreneurs in the future." he said.

Applications for the program, to which startups of all stages can apply, start on September 4. At the end of the application process, entrepreneurs whose applications are accepted will be invited to jury presentations to participate in the 2-month program.
