It has been eagerly awaited by technology enthusiasts for a while. NVIDIA's new graphics card RTX 3080appeared for the first time. We can say that hunting season has officially begun for the RTX 3000 series GPUs, which are expected to be released soon. The company plans to release these graphics cards towards the end of this year. This means that the new cards may be officially introduced during or around the virtual Computer Conference.
NVIDIA's new graphics card RTX 3080 manages to amaze those who see it with its interesting design. This hardware wonder, which has a symmetrical appearance, may surprise users due to the blue color on it, but the card is not actually blue. The graphics card that looks blue because the packaging layer is used is actually polished metal It looks like this. Although the material used satisfies those who see it, the company's application in RTX 2080 aluminum edge design Whether it will be included in this card or not is still a mystery.
Introducing NVIDIA's new monster, RTX 3080:
One of the most striking features about the device is the fans. to be bidirectional. While the open inlet of one fan is at the bottom, the open inlet of the other fan is positioned at the top. Although it is too early to talk about the fans' aspects; The lower one is a constant pressure fan, while the upper one is thought to take air out. NVIDIA planned to stand one step ahead of other devices by creating an interesting design in the heat sink of the new graphics card.
The device's printed circuit board (PCB) has an irregular shape and ends at the point where it contacts the heat sink. Only the gray plastic part contains the PCB, NVIDIA's upcoming release Ampere GPU Its design makes true the claim that the PCB is small and irregular in shape. If we consider the device in general, we can say that it is almost designed as a Founder's Edition.
According to rumors, RTX 3080 GA104 GPU It will come out of the box with and replace the 48 SMs (3072 CUDA cores) found in the RTX 2080. RTX 3080 is expected to stand out compared to the previous model, thanks to such powerful hardware. It is also a matter of curiosity how NVIDIA will proceed with the pricing of this graphics card. The company monitors with new design philosophy will have cost savings. In this context, it is not yet clear whether an appropriate price will come.
