AMD Threadripper 3990X Plays Clips in Task Manager

If we were to choose a processor for HEDT (High Specification Desktop) class computers on the market, one of the first processors that comes to our mind is AMD's Ryzen Threadripper 3990X it would be. Processor with 7 nm Zen 2 architecture, 64 cores and 128 threads He shows off his strength in his class.

Users, $4,000 With its price tag, AMD generally uses the Threadripper 3990X for high-end video editing or transactional business models. But a user on Reddit showed us that the processor is not just used for these. Task manager in Windows 10 scene The user who uses it as is literally showing off in the core programs in the performance section.

The number of cores of AMD Threadripper 3990X does not exceed the number of screen pixels

Threadripper 3990X has 128 threads. We know that in the performance section in the task manager we can monitor the load of each thread live. This feature, which is generally used for performance evaluation, was used as a screen by a Reddit user named Kenny_Stryker. 128 threads seems like a decent number in terms of pixel multipliers. Alstromeria Records' Bad Apple clip was posted in task manager by Reddit user visual was revived somehow.

Considering the pixel multipliers, 14×9 is of course not a high resolution, but it is clear that it will leave an awe-inspiring effect on the viewers. The task manager cannot refresh core usage rates as fast as we see in the video. Therefore, in order to synchronize with the music video, the tracking speed of the cores was increased by 5 times.

In the funny comment made by user colorgreyscale. “How long will it take before we can play computer games in the original resolution in task manager?” he said. Anrach157a's response was this: ”Older generation 8-bit computers have a resolution of 256×192. So to 49,152 cores or we will need 768 Threadripper.”
