The claims we made recently that the Turkish gaming company Peak will be acquired by Zynga have been officially confirmed. According to the press release sent by Peak, the brand was acquired by Zynga for $1.8 billion.

The company, which has joined forces with the US Zynga (Nasdaq: ZNGA), has now entered a new phase. Peak, whose partnership structure has changed only with the agreement, will transfer its shares to Zynga for 1.8 billion dollars, while remaining a Turkish company by continuing its activities under its own brand without any change in its team and management.
